Acute Pulmonary Edema after Anesthesia in Turner Syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
We have experienced a case of pulmonary edema after anesthesia in Turner Syndrome.
After full recovery from anesthesia, the patient developed pulmonary edema which was successfully treated by conventional means.
The sequence of events suggests the lymphatic insufficiency in Turner Syndrome precipitated the development of the pulmonary edema in this patient.
